Roy de Haan
Roy de Haan is the Partnership Director for Terminals, Feeders, and Ports at DCSA. With a strong background in the maritime industry, Roy began his career at Hutchison Ports in Rotterdam, gaining hands-on experience in terminal operations. He went on to APM Terminals / Maersk, where he held operational and commercial roles, further deepening his understanding of terminal logistics and global trade dynamics. He later joined Navis, a global leader in terminal operating systems, where he led a sales team focused on driving growth and innovation in operations technology.

Harrison is an account executive at Realtime Business Solutions (RBS), and is passionate about how software can revolutionize industries. He graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of commerce and computer science with distinctions. With his fresh ideas and burning ambition, Harrison is dedicated to helping terminals find the best solutions to optimize their operations.

Sanjay Joglekar

Sanjay Joglekar
Dr Sanjay Joglekar has over 36 years of experience in global information technology (IT) delivery, strategic consulting and project management across diverse industries such as port management, government projects, banking, oil and gas, manufacturing, IT consulting, and healthcare.
His expertise lies in devising enterprise-wide IT roadmaps, managing multi-million-dollar projects globally, and establishing effective onsite-offshore models. He is a thought leader, engaging directly with C-suite executives and leveraging deep functional and technical expertise to drive business success.
Joglekar currently leads the IT initiatives, including design, planning and implementation of smart port technologies Port 4.0, at Mumbai Port Authority, harnessing artificial intelligence/machine learning, internet of things and 5G. In the past, he has worked at various ports in India, the Middle East and Southeast Asia on digitalisation and enterprise transformation projects.
He has held pivotal roles such as chief information officer, chief development officer and chief executive officer in various organisations, overseeing teams, budgets and end-to-end project responsibilities. His career highlights include leadership and project management, and strategic and technology initiatives.

Munish Kanwar

Munish Kanwar
Munish Kanwar serves as the Director and Chief Executive Officer of Colombo West International Terminal (Pvt) Ltd (CWIT) in Colombo, Sri Lanka. He brings over 25 years of experience in the maritime and port infrastructure sector, with deep expertise in operations, project management, business development, regulatory compliance, and international terminal commissioning.
Before leading CWIT, Kanwar held key leadership roles in international terminal ventures, where he successfully oversaw the construction, commissioning, and operationalization of world-class ports and terminals. He previously served as Business Head and Director at Adani Ports & SEZ Ltd, managing major port operations across India — including Mundra, Hazira, Visakhapatnam, and Krishnapatnam — and later spearheading overseas terminal projects. His early career began with the K.K. Birla Group in India.

Truong Nguyen Linh
Mr. Truong Nguyen Linh, Deputy General Director of the First Logistics Development Joint Venture Company (FLDC) which managing and operating Vietnam International Container Terminals (VICT), a pivotal entity in Vietnam’s maritime logistics sector. VICT holds the distinction of being Vietnam’s first dedicated container port, located in Ho Chi Minh City which operating from 1998 till now.
With over 25 service-years in shipping operations and port management, he worked for 01 oversea shipping line and 05 Vietnam terminals which enhancing Vietnam’s maritime infrastructure network.
His leadership reflects a commitment to sustainable growth and operational excellence in Vietnam’s logistics sector.

Jan Bossens
Jan Bossens is the founder and the CEO of Camco Technologies. He developed Camco technologies from a smart gate solution provider to a global provider of container terminal gate, rail, quay and yard automation solutions using proprietary image recognition and real time location based technology. Camco Technologies is still taking the industry lead with its Digital Twin solutions powered by data captured from Camco own technology and TOS information. Today Camco counts +200 full time equivalents servicing +300 clients across the globe.

Yvo Saanen

Yvo Saanen
Dr. Yvo A. Saanen is Managing Director and Founder (1996) of Portwise (formerly called TBA), a leading terminal design and simulation company in The Netherlands. He is in charge of all port & terminal related projects all over the world in their planning and optimization process of container terminals by means of simulation and emulation.
In this role, he has participated in various projects, ranging from long term development, process improvement, terminal extensions and redesign of handling systems to design of greenfield terminals. Examples are the DPWorld’s facility in Antwerp, and HPH’s Euromax facility in Rotterdam, and OOCL’s facility in Long Beach, but also recent automated terminals in Rotterdam by APMT and DP World.
Dr. Saanen holds an MSc in Systems Engineering and a PhD on the design and simulation of robotized container terminals, both from Delft University of Technology. He is a lecturer at the institute of Maritime Economics and Logistics (Erasmus University Rotterdam), teaching simulation and logistics and, in various bodies, lectures about terminal design by means of simulation, and publishes regularly about his work in scientific magazines as well as business magazines.
