Known for building future-ready digital architectures and leading multicultural teams across the Middle East, APAC, and global logistics ecosystems, Bright has delivered enterprise platforms, automation systems, and intelligent solutions at scale. His leadership spans board-level advisory, innovation strategy, product transformation, and mission-critical technology governance.

Roy de Haan is the Partnership Director for Terminals, Feeders, and Ports at DCSA. With a strong background in the maritime industry, Roy began his career at Hutchison Ports in Rotterdam, gaining hands-on experience in terminal operations. He went on to APM Terminals / Maersk, where he held operational and commercial roles, further deepening his understanding of terminal logistics and global trade dynamics. He later joined Navis, a global leader in terminal operating systems, where he led a sales team focused on driving growth and innovation in operations technology.

Harrison is an account executive at Realtime Business Solutions (RBS), and is passionate about how software can revolutionize industries. He graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of commerce and computer science with distinctions. With his fresh ideas and burning ambition, Harrison is dedicated to helping terminals find the best solutions to optimize their operations.

Sanjay Joglekar

Sanjay Joglekar
Dr Sanjay Joglekar has over 36 years of experience in global information technology (IT) delivery, strategic consulting and project management across diverse industries such as port management, government projects, banking, oil and gas, manufacturing, IT consulting, and healthcare.
His expertise lies in devising enterprise-wide IT roadmaps, managing multi-million-dollar projects globally, and establishing effective onsite-offshore models. He is a thought leader, engaging directly with C-suite executives and leveraging deep functional and technical expertise to drive business success.
Joglekar currently leads the IT initiatives, including design, planning and implementation of smart port technologies Port 4.0, at Mumbai Port Authority, harnessing artificial intelligence/machine learning, internet of things and 5G. In the past, he has worked at various ports in India, the Middle East and Southeast Asia on digitalisation and enterprise transformation projects.
He has held pivotal roles such as chief information officer, chief development officer and chief executive officer in various organisations, overseeing teams, budgets and end-to-end project responsibilities. His career highlights include leadership and project management, and strategic and technology initiatives.

Munish Kanwar
Munish Kanwar serves as the Director and Chief Executive Officer of Colombo West International Terminal (Pvt) Ltd (CWIT) in Colombo, Sri Lanka. He brings over 25 years of experience in the maritime and port infrastructure sector, with deep expertise in operations, project management, business development, regulatory compliance, and international terminal commissioning.
Before leading CWIT, Kanwar held key leadership roles in international terminal ventures, where he successfully oversaw the construction, commissioning, and operationalization of world-class ports and terminals. He previously served as Business Head and Director at Adani Ports & SEZ Ltd, managing major port operations across India — including Mundra, Hazira, Visakhapatnam, and Krishnapatnam — and later spearheading overseas terminal projects. His early career began with the K.K. Birla Group in India.

Mr. Truong Nguyen Linh, Deputy General Director of the First Logistics Development Joint Venture Company (FLDC) which managing and operating Vietnam International Container Terminals (VICT), a pivotal entity in Vietnam’s maritime logistics sector. VICT holds the distinction of being Vietnam’s first dedicated container port, located in Ho Chi Minh City which operating from 1998 till now.
With over 25 service-years in shipping operations and port management, he worked for 01 oversea shipping line and 05 Vietnam terminals which enhancing Vietnam’s maritime infrastructure network.
His leadership reflects a commitment to sustainable growth and operational excellence in Vietnam’s logistics sector.

Jan Bossens is the founder and the CEO of Camco Technologies. He developed Camco technologies from a smart gate solution provider to a global provider of container terminal gate, rail, quay and yard automation solutions using proprietary image recognition and real time location based technology. Camco Technologies is still taking the industry lead with its Digital Twin solutions powered by data captured from Camco own technology and TOS information. Today Camco counts +200 full time equivalents servicing +300 clients across the globe.

Yvo Saanen

Yvo Saanen
Dr. Yvo A. Saanen is Managing Director and Founder (1996) of Portwise (formerly called TBA), a leading terminal design and simulation company in The Netherlands. He is in charge of all port & terminal related projects all over the world in their planning and optimization process of container terminals by means of simulation and emulation.
In this role, he has participated in various projects, ranging from long term development, process improvement, terminal extensions and redesign of handling systems to design of greenfield terminals. Examples are the DPWorld’s facility in Antwerp, and HPH’s Euromax facility in Rotterdam, and OOCL’s facility in Long Beach, but also recent automated terminals in Rotterdam by APMT and DP World.
Dr. Saanen holds an MSc in Systems Engineering and a PhD on the design and simulation of robotized container terminals, both from Delft University of Technology. He is a lecturer at the institute of Maritime Economics and Logistics (Erasmus University Rotterdam), teaching simulation and logistics and, in various bodies, lectures about terminal design by means of simulation, and publishes regularly about his work in scientific magazines as well as business magazines.

Anat Machima
Mr. Anat Machima has joined Hutchison Ports Thailand since 2003. His role was to take care of operations strategy team and also develop work improvement for ports business in Thailand. In 2009, he worked as an Operations Manager for Thai Laemchabang Terminal Company where he remained the position from 2009 to 2011, then he was appointed as Operations Manager for Hutchison Laemchabang Terminal in 2012 and as a Project Manager for Hutchison Ports United Kingdom at Port of Felixstowe in 2016 consecutively. His prior position was a Senior Operations Manager in group of Hutchison Ports Thailand from 2017 to 2020, before being appointed to be Chief Operating Officer in January 2021. Also currently position held as Chairman of Thai International Cargo and Container Terminals Association since 2020.
With his expertise more than 20 years since 1998, in port business and logistic industries and also import-export, he has been assigning to be a part of project development and operations team within Hutchison Ports Group.
He earned his master’s degree (MBA) from Asian University of Science and Technology, his bachelor’s degree (BA) from Chiangmai University, both in business administration.

Chris Choi

Chris Choi
Chris Choi leads Busan New Container Terminal (BNCT), a key seaport
asset under Macquarie Korea Infrastructure Fund and CMA CGM, as
its President & CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Based in
Busan, South Korea, Chris has been guiding BNCT’s growth and
ensuring its position as a leading terminal operator in Korea since
March 2021.
In addition to his leadership at BNCT, Chris currently serves as the
Chairman of the Korea Container Terminal Operators Association and
as the Vice President of the Busan Rowing Association.
Before joining BNCT, Chris built extensive expertise in the global
shipping and logistics industry. He served as Vice President for the US
West Coast and Great Lakes Region at Ceres Terminals in the United
States, where he managed all commercial and operational activities.
His career also includes leadership roles at NYK Ports as Director of Strategic Planning and at Total
Terminals International, LLC in Long Beach, California, as Director of Corporate Planning and Contracts.
Chris began his professional journey at Hanjin Shipping and Hanjin Pacific Corporation in Seoul, holding
various positions that developed his expertise in logistics and terminal operations.
He holds a master’s degree in International Logistics from Chung-Ang University in Seoul and a
Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio.

Sunay Mukerjee
Mr. Sunay Mukerjee is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at APM Terminals Mumbai (Gateway Terminals India Pvt. Ltd.) since January 1, 2023.
Sunay has more than 20 years of experience in international business, P&L management, Strategy, Sales, Business development, Procurement and General Management, in Transportation and Logistics segment. He has been with the A.P. Moller-Maersk group since 2003 and has held leadership positions across Europe, India, Middle East and Africa.
Sunay joined Maersk as part of Maersk International Shipping Education (MISE) program in 2003 and holds a graduate degree in science and completed his master’s in business administration (MBA) from Symbiosis Centre for Management and HRD in Pune, India. Sunay is an advanced Lean practitioner and has done various professional courses in Strategy and leadership from IMD, Switzerland; INSEAD, France and Said Business School, University of Oxford.
Prior to joining APM Terminals Mumbai, Sunay was the Chief Commercial Officer at the Suez Canal Container Terminal, Egypt where he was instrumental in the terminal’s business growth and expansion.
Sunay is currently member of the Managing Committee of Indian Private Ports and Terminals Association (IPPTA) and FICCI Transport Infrastructure Committee.

Robert Lazovic is a senior technology and operations leader with over 25 years of experience across IT, logistics, and global port operations. As General Manager and Head of Technical Architecture at the Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP)—one of the world’s most advanced transshipment terminals—he leads the strategic direction of enterprise technology and digital transformation.
Robert is at the forefront of driving Smart Port innovation, spearheading initiatives across cloud computing, Data Lake & Analytics, AI/ML, IoT, and automation. His work focuses on leveraging real-time data and predictive intelligence to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability at scale.
He has successfully delivered major transformation programs, including the large-scale digitalization of port assets with live telemetry and immersive 3D operational visibility—achieved ahead of schedule and under budget. He also leads the development of advanced analytics platforms that enable AI-driven decision-making across complex terminal operations.
With deep expertise in vessel operations, yard optimization, and equipment orchestration, Robert is known for bridging the gap between technology and business outcomes. He is a strong advocate for rethinking legacy processes and embedding innovation-driven culture within large organizations.

Norbert has been working for more than 15 years in the port and terminal industry implementing and integrating Terminal Operating Systems (TOS), initially for the terminal operator EUROGATE, and since several years as the managing director of the RBS EMEA Office implementing the TOPS Expert system. With akquinet port consulting as well, he has moved into the area of using data for simulation and emulation purposes on the CHESSCON suite. Norbert is a founding member of TIC4.0 since 2018 and is the Vice-President of TIC4.0, as well as a member of the Executive and Operation Councils of TIC4.0.
