Derek O’Sullivan is Product Manager at Net Feasa, developing IoT and edge solutions that help logistics and terminal operators gain real-time visibility and operational control. With a background spanning hardware innovation and industrial technology – including experience working with Liebherr – he brings a practical understanding of port equipment, connectivity, and on-the-ground operational realities. Derek works closely with customers to turn real-world terminal challenges into deployable digital solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Ian Rogerson
Ian Rogerson is the Terminal Systems Product Director at Fargo Group, overseeing the development of Fargo TERM, a Terminal Operating System designed for inland intermodal terminals.
Ian co-founded Bankside Systems in 1999 and was the architect behind Intermodal Manager, the widely adopted terminal operating platform trusted by leading inland hubs. After its acquisition by Fargo Group in October 2025, the platform was integrated into the Fargo portfolio as Fargo TERM, creating new opportunities to connect terminal operations more intelligently with transport management, yard control, and the wider intermodal network.
With over 30 years of experience in systems development, logistics, and resource management, Ian has dedicated his career to resolving operational complexity. Since joining the container sector in 2013, he has collaborated closely with inland terminals to unify yard and gate workflows, rail and barge coordination, equipment control, commercial processes, and class-leading M&R within a single, scalable operational environment, transforming fragmented systems into cohesive, high-performance terminal ecosystems.

Olivier Hia

Olivier Hia
‘Olivier Hia is General Manager – Intermodal at Novandi, having this role in various group companies active in the management of inland terminals connected to rail, road and waterways, and in inland waterway container transport. He brings more than 30 years of experience in multimodal transport and international logistics within Novandi.
After graduating in Foreign Trade from HELMo Haute École, he began his career in 1995 at Novandi in continental rail transport operations between Belgium and Italy. He later moved into inland waterway container transport and terminal operations, progressing from dispatcher to Operations Manager and subsequently to senior executive leadership roles.
Since 2019, He has been leading intermodal operations in Liège, overseeing barge connections to the major deep-sea ports of Antwerp-Bruges, Rotterdam, and Zeebrugge, and rail handling operations of trailers and swapbodies on trains connected with Italy and Romania.
His responsibilities include terminal management, barging, trucking activities, and customs-related operations. He also serves as board member in several regional logistics organizations.
He expertise focuses on optimizing containerized supply chains, managing inland terminals and terminal infrastructures, and developing efficient and sustainable multimodal logistics solutions across key European corridors.’

Koen Cuypers

Koen Cuypers
Koen Cuypers started working for the Port of Antwerp-Bruges in 2001. In his current role as a Senior Mobility Expert for the Market and Strategy Intelligence department, he is among other things drawing up the rail transport policy of the port and is involved in several rail projects. He is constantly interacting with the different stakeholders involved in the rail business, such as governments, rail infrastructure managers, rail companies and customers.
He represents the port in various commissions and working groups such as the Intermodal and Logistics Committee of the European Sea Ports Organisation which advises the European Commission on various transport related topics and the Transport Advisory Groups of the European TEN-T corridors North Sea – Rhine – Mediterranean and North Sea – Baltic.
Koen has master degrees in Political Sciences and Business Administration from the University of Antwerp. He lives on cycling distance from the headquarters of the Port Authority with his wife and three children and is an amateur astronomer.
